Swift Appliance Solutions rents washers and dryers to homes across South Jersey and Northeast Philadelphia. This page explains what we collect when you ask us for a quote, what we do with it, and what you can ask us to do about it. The short version: we use your details to get back to you about a rental, and we do not sell them to anyone.
What we collect
Only what is needed to quote you and arrange a delivery. Depending on how you reach us, that can include:
- Your name, phone number, and the address or ZIP code where you want the machines.
- Whether you want a set or a single machine, and anything you choose to tell us about your place, such as which floor it is on or where the hookups sit.
- Your email address, if you email us rather than calling.
We do not ask for a Social Security number, a bank account number, or a card number through this website. If a page ever appears to be asking you for one of those, it is not us. Call the number at the bottom of this page and check.
How we use it
- To call or text you back about your quote and answer your questions.
- To work out what fits your space, when we can deliver, and what the terms would be.
- To arrange delivery and to reach you about a rental once you have one.
We do not use your details for unrelated marketing, and we do not add you to a list you did not ask to be on.
Calls and texts
If you give us your phone number, you are asking us to get back to you, so we may call or text you about your request and your rental. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text and we will stop texting you.
Who else sees it
We do not sell your personal information and we do not trade it. It is shared only with the services we use to run the business, and only as far as they need it to do their job:
- The form on this site is delivered to us by a form service, which passes the message to our inbox.
- Our email provider, which is how the message reaches us.
- Nicely Web Design, which builds and maintains this website and may handle a form submission in the course of getting it to us.
We may also hand over information if the law requires it.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not set advertising cookies, does not run an analytics tracker, and does not carry an advertising pixel. There is nothing here following you to other websites.
One honest detail: the page loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, which means Google's servers see your IP address when the fonts load. That is the only third party your browser contacts on this site.
How long we keep it
We keep your details while you are a customer or an open enquiry, and for a reasonable period after that for our records. Ask us to delete them and we will, unless we are required to keep them.
What you can ask us to do
- Tell you what information we hold about you.
- Correct it if it is wrong.
- Delete it.
- Stop texting or emailing you.
Call or email using the details below and ask. You do not need to give a reason.
Children
This is a service for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
If we change it, we will change the date at the top of this page.
